hello, when i roll my driver side window up and down, it is much much slower then the other 3. it is even worse in the very cold weather, sometimes its not even able to roll itself all the way down. when it was warmer out i noticed that when i rolled it back up, most of the time, there was a vibrating sound and a small vibration in the door while it was going back up

    any thoughts?

How do you replace the motor? Any special tools required to get the door panel off, etc.

Im not sure since my mechanic did it. check the regulators too. I think the motors get these dead spots in them....smacking your door sometimes kick starts it. I have replaced the whole window unit...even the buttons.

Check the grounds. When they get corroded you motor will not be as fast. If those are not it I would go with the motor.
