I have a 1998 Grand Prix GT with automatic dual climate control. This my problem. I have cold air coming from the far passenger vent and passenger middle vent, not as much cold air coming from the two vents in the middle of the dash toward the driver and hardly any airflow at all on the far left vent. Both blend door actuatorsare new and the A/C Vacuum Control Valve is new. Any help would be appreciated. I am stumped!!!

    defective blend door actuator?

take the blend door actuator off and work the knob by hand, if it blows cold when turned bad actuator.

I can watch the actuator move. I can turn the door by hand and still the same. Could it be a vacuum hose somewhere?

Rev engine while idling. Not much like 2500 rpms if other vent temps start to drop then low on freon. Also u can put fan on lowest setting if the other vents start to cool that's a sign of low freon. I've had 2 w body cars and both have had valve leaks. Hi and low side.

Funny you mention valve leaks. I had one on the low side. Never had any other car have this issue before.

When you say you checked it. what was the ambient temperature at the time of the test and what was the low and high side pressure?

The only way I have to check the pressure is the recharge kit with an inline gauge. I may have to take it somewhere with the correct equipment and have the pressures checked.
