    got a l67 30000 miles plan on putting some speed daddy headers and just bought a intense stage 1x cam and open cone intake ......question is how low of a supercharger pulley would you drop to

    I would go as small as I could while running an 11.0 AFR and 16* of timing.

    plan on getting a canned tune cant seem to find anyone local to york P.A....and that 2.55 pully with my tranny seems like asking for trouble

    3.4 and you better have a good tune as well as someway of monitoring knock. You can't just slap a smaller pulley on and hope for the best.

    What he said. Start with the 3.4 and do some scanning and see how the engine is taking it. With the cam/headers package, you'll likely be fine and then can possibly drop down another size. Drop, scan, tweak/tune, repeat.
