i need help with a p2430, p2431, p0128 code on my 2006 -GP

Hello everyone,

i have a 2006 gp with 140k. the check engine light is on throwing p2430, p2431, and p0128 codes. i have cleaned the throttle body and changed the thermostat and gas cap... i dont know what else to do other change the Mass Air Sensor and see what that does... Does anyone have any ideas or can help id appreciate it. I love this car but i hate that my check engine light is on.....

these are the codes descriptions i found on line.

http://engine-codes.com/p2431_chevrolet.html these 2 are secondary air pump related, means you have ca emissions. somethings wrong with that dumb set up. being your in OH im sure you could find some one to tune that code out, and delet the system, its not needed.

http://www.obd-codes.com/p0128 this one says your coolant its to cold, so you need to change the t stat most likely as its stuck open i bet.

Thanks Scotty, i cant seem to find anyone to bypass this... So i have to figure out a way to repair it.... Any Suggestions on that?

post a thread looking for a tuner who's local to you. you got a few guys not far form you who could tune that code out.
