Is the trans swap worth the effort? Is there a dash wiring harness or is it a complete body harness? Will it have to be changed? If so will the 4dr harness work in the 2dr?
As far as I know, the trans swap should be pretty straight forward. But I don't know what is involved in your PCM to accept the new tranny. Never thought about it or looked into it that much.

As for swapping the supercharger, this is known as a top swap. This is very common and a lot of people have done this. Should be lots of information around the forums regarding this. But you WILL need to do PCM work to accept the supercharger and make it run right. So you will either need to work with ZZP, WBS, Intense, or Overkill to get a tuned PCM, or buy a tuner yourself.

As for the HUD swap, most grand prixs already have the wiring in the dash for the HUD. You will need to cut a hole in the dash of the car to receive the swap, mount everything, and hook everything up. I have never done this, but heard it is pretty easy. Should be writeups around somewhere.
