    Is the shaft sticking out of the pulley or is the shaft still in the pulley? Get ruler and measure.

    This isn't good and will definitely cause problems with belts and could cause problem with bearings in supercharger.

    I think I solved the problem. I swapped to a 653 belt and so far so good.
