If you don't have the supporting mods yet to support a cam go for what I told u in the other thread. At bare minimum you'll want a intake swap and a set of headers. These motors are choked severely from the factory. Start with the transmission mods I told you about and then get that tune done. Those are the best bang for the buck on this platform. Then you can worry about the cam.
You can take the advice from members on here who already have the car and modded it, or a mechanic who is about to make alot of money off you. Cams will easily make 30-50whp on these cars and pretty much any LS cam will work but you will need supporting mods.
