When it rains I notice that the floor board on the passenger side gets damp. I am curious on where to start looking to fix it?

I must have missed that part. I am shocked that the part on Ebay is over $8 but I found it on a couple other sites for less than $4. I almost ordered it till I seen $11 shipping on a $2.72 part. I am going to get with my GM dealer to get this ordered asap
