So we got some decent snow the other day, long story short I ended up going off the pavement into a giant mud pit (front wheels only). The car had to stay overnight, the next day I used a jack stand and a bag of cat litter and was able to rock it out of the mud. During this time the muddy water was up to the middle of the wheel on the right wheel, the left was better off. Now when the car is moving there is a grinding/humming coming from the front end while moving straight or turning left. When turning right the noise is gone. I JUST replaced the wheel hub and CV Axle less than a year ago. Am I looking at another bad CV Axle?

It could be a bad bearing. Being submerged in mud could of easily done that. I mean I'm sure the cv axle had a warranty on it so there's that as well

Just to add some closure, it was a bad wheel hub. Water/mud had soaked into the bearings and destroyed it.
