Brake question

I'm going to do the front disc brakes on my 04 GP soon. I was wondering about the caliper bolts (pins) one has a rubber bushing on the end, Does that go on the top or bottom of the caliper? It might have not been installed correctly last time.

I don't think it matters at all but I believe it's the top
