    im working on my girlfriends 1999 gtp it has dual climate controls and only blows out the chest level vents also lately it always has heat comming out even when its turned completely off thanks for any help in advance ...lee

    Look into a possible blend door problem, and make sure the middle vacuum line on the vac tree in the engine that goes down the firewall is not broken or disconnected anywhere.

    Also check the lines under the dash, make sure one didnt pop off.
