As the title says, the ABS and TCS lights are on and the TCS and ABS do not work. I don't have a code reader nor have I found any decent mechanics in the area. Any common issues that may have triggered this? The snow is falling and I'm worried about safety.

abs sensors in wheel is common cause.

I'm guessing easy fix? I was hoping it was something like this.

Any write ups on this to save me some searching time?

Yea, but to be honest I bet it is. This was my first guess. Reason being is that a HUGE puddle forms at my apartments entrance during even light rains... Driving through that daily has effed up a few of my components. I honestly don't want to replace the hubs because I know they are good... I'm hoping maybe I can just fix the connectors, some how, by the grace of God.
