    The filter I have now is grayish or white with a single chrome strip with a rubber top and bottom.the top has 3 circles on it.no name or #'s.does anybody know what brand this is?

    I have no idea but my brothers car has a K&N filter in his ram air box. I would check for a part number for you but he is at school right now.

    You Could Just go to k and ns website and find a similar filter size. They have so many i garentee they have several that would fit. they have like 20 for just 3 inch flange.
    04 GTP -HAI, 1.9 rockers.

    I have a slp air box. I just took mine off and looked k&n f035m6.

    Sorry man. Those are the only numbers on it. It looks like they changed up their numbering system. I couldnt find anything either.

    The amsoil one set me back $56. But the good thing is it's a dry filter. I don't have time to be celaning and re-oiling a filter.

    Thanks for everyones advice and comments.ill try out the blackwing.i know stuff isnt cheap but this is a pontiac, not a Cadillac or lexus so it sounds crazy to me to spend over $40.
