Well those kinds of problems are ones you will have to do some diagnosing of your own. If all fuses are good, at least check for voltage at a window motor switch. Window motors go out somewhat commonly on GP's, and some people just leave them. I've seen people with up to 3 not working, and they don't care to replace them.
If you get voltage at the switch, operate the switch, and make sure you get that same voltage on the output side. Sometimes the switches get carbon on them and stop conducting. If you get voltage, the motor is likely bad. So when you go in there, apply 12v manually is you want to be 100% sure.
If not, you will need to make sure there is power making it out of the fuse(both fuse boxes), and check the wiring going to the switches.
Same with the radio, check for power going out of the fuse, and check the wiring going to it.
