2007 gp gt dual climate control.

All new fluids, bleed system was no air, checks both blend doors and are working fine... Inlet to radiator is very hot and outlet it hot. Inlet to heater core is very hot and outlet is hot. Fluids are at normal levels. No fuses blown. Checks all wiring. Car has 80,xxx miles on it... Its 90° outside and I turn it to 90° on my heat and warmish cool air comes out. Oh yeah thermostat is new and open and shuts at normal working temperatures and yes it's the stock tstat "195".

I'm completely stumped! Any ideas??? Besides heater core.. Also no there are no leaks.

Thank you all for your opinions!

I believe this has to do with the digital part of the climate control. My car acts the same way. When it is, lets say, 60* out in the morning, and I want a little heat to keep the windows clear I have to crank it way up to 90* to get any real heat. When it is 30* outside I get real heat at 75*.

The car thinks it knows what you want based on the outside temperature. If your outside temp sensor was funky and said it was 40* when it was really 90* your AC would not work properly.

My AC cranks out massive cold air. Just no heat, ever. Doesn't matter the outside temp, it never blows heat

You didn't say that. I thought you just started experiencing problems, hence why I posted what I did.

id take the pass side actuator off, and turn the knob by hand, see if you get full heat on the pass side if you turn it by hand, the car has no control over it at all, it will blow hot, or cold manually.

if one hose to the core is hot, and the other is only warm, the core could be clogging up, all you do its take the hoses off the engine, and put a garden hose the hose, and flush it out, then do the other hose to back blush it. id flush the hose that is warm first.

the water should flow out of the other hose as fast as its going in, if the hose is spraying all over due to the pressure build up in the core its clogged a bit for sure.

Been through this multiple times on mine. Its a clogged heater core with some air mixed in for good measure. Flush the heater core and bleed the system and you will be back in business for a while (until it happens again) I have to do it every few months. Even flushed the hole system. Now my heater core is leaking so I am going to try to replace it this weekend.

Have not tried this yet lol. I did open and shut the door manually and it went from coolish air to cold air, nothing hinting to anything hot. I'm going to try and flush the heater core tomorrow and bleed the system again and ill post my results afterwords, btw thank you for all the help guys!!!

i know this is kinda old, but i had the same issue's with my 04, you will have to remove both hoses to the heater core itself from the firewall to flush the heater core, i took a garden hose with a firemans brass nozzle sprayer, that way i could adjust the spray and stream i wanted to the core, you will get kinda wet, but it works.

I've heard if u put a little lighter fluid on the back seats and light it it warms the inside up pretty good. That'll keep it warm enough while u drive
