I am running the XP cam in my Cutlass and rev to the 6700-6800 mark with it but I also have very agressively ported heads which really help the top end. Most of the stock headed cars that I have put XP cams in seem to pull good to the 6300ish mark and I set the shift points at about 6350-6450 but every car and combo responds differently. In our old 95 prix with an L67 I had a VS cam and ported heads and its peak HP on the dyno was 5800 rpm while most stock cammed cars with rockers peaked about 5300-5400 rpm
