Had an issue with the TC Stability and ABS not functioning. Ended up messing up some wiring and had dealer sort it out. After getting the car back from dealer "Theft system not programmed" is on the DIC. Tried the reset to no avail. Made sure the theft system is on in the DIC. Can't get this message to go away. Do I go back to the dealer for more diagnosis or is there something I can do?

Sounds like the dealer messed something up. Take it back and have them fix it.

Brought it to the dealer. They tried getting the keys programmed and couldn't do it. Said BCM needs replacing. They want $1,080. I don't think so. Brand new part is $490. That leaves $590 for labor. Friggin crooks. Okay so I am thinking live with the error message or get a used BCM off of eBay for about $50. But other than a dealer where can I get it programmed? Does anyone know where in central NJ there is a mechanic with a Tech2 that can do it?
