These guys have it right. First thing I would check, cause it is the easiest is the battery terminals. Make sure they are clean, no corrosion (that means taking the terminals out and cleaning the threads, and tight. It that doesn't fix it, probably bad cell in the battery. If that is the case, don't try to charge it, you can have pieces of a bad battery then.
