I'm betting it's all in the cam!!! If you had a stock cam you'd probably be knocking. You've added almost .1 more lift, breathing a lot better. Hell I wish our motors came from the factory with larger cams, but GM didn't want them pumping out more HP then the Z28's and Corvettes..
