check the grounds on the tranny bell housing yet? as well as the battery to body grounds and the terminals?

the tranny grounds have 2 wires leading to it, the bat neg cable, and two other wires, make sure they are tight and the end loops are still on the wires. these wires tend to break off sometimes.

98 Buick Regal GS, F body brakes, Caddy STS wheels, tinted tails L36 bottom end, lightly ported heads, 1.95 roller rockers, headers, gen 5 N* 3.0 pulley, FSIC, 42 lb injectors, a BrandonHall rebuilt trans, DHP tuned and AEM water/Meth injection https://goo.gl/gpV5kW

Now check your grounds inside the cabin. I'm aware of one at the base of the steering column..
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

    well i found the problem.
thank god because i tore up everything trying to figure this out.
it was a ground that was right underneath a plastic piece infront of the hood where you pop it open.
i would have never looked, and the only reason i could find it was because it started to smoke.
    Thanks
