Ok wife said ac wasn't working in the car 04 gp so went and got some ac charge filled until it said I was in the green. Now it's still not even cool air
Coming out and I see a little puddle of green oily liquid coming out under the front bumper. I can hear a small hiss
But can't actually see where it's coming from but seams to be under or in front of radiator
    Any suggestions ?

Go to a shop and have them do a proper AC job.

You have a leak in the system. The correct way to fix it is to replace the broken part, drier and orifice tube. Vacuum down the system to remove moisture/etc and ensure it's holding for at least 10 min. Then fill with the correct amount watching both high and low side pressures.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

pressure should fall in to place if all components are in working order and the correct charge is weighed in. you can still showpressures within the allowable range with a low charge. refrigerant weight is more critical.
