I have problems with the original one and want to replace it. It's under the area where the wipers are attached right? I just unscrew the plastic piece sitting above the hood/below the windshield and it is in there?

Sorry for the delayed response I am installing it today. It controls how fast the window wipers pulse when you have them set on a delay. Mine randomly stop/work but only work on the constant mode (not pulsating) so i need to replace it.

I tried to get that panel off before to take care of some rust. The screws were stripped and I never pulled it off so good luck to you.
