well i swapped my stock pulley wit a thrasher press on pulley 3.4.......Thrasher Press-On Supercharger Pulleys: 3800 Performance

and when i go to put the screw back in thats on the side it is to small now???? should i just buy a bigger screw with a washer?...if u look at the pick u can see a little 1/4" nub that comes out on the side that makes it to long for the stock screw. can u follow what im sayin or not?

Just screw it back in, that screw does'nt hold the pulley on. It's just to keep stuff from getting inside the snout where the threads are.

Are you talking about this? http://www.zzperformance.com/products_img/594_1.jpg

This is a breather bolt for the Eaton M90. It screws into the end of the snout and allows venting of the blowers gearbox. Like mentions by Street Wolf, it is not used to tighten the pulley or hold it on!
