take that center nut off, then use a medium size 2 gear puller. works like a charm. if it feels like its not coming off with the puller, give it a hit with a hammer on the drive bolt for the puller, it will pop right off.

98 Buick Regal GS, F body brakes, Caddy STS wheels, tinted tails L36 bottom end, lightly ported heads, 1.95 roller rockers, headers, gen 5 N* 3.0 pulley, FSIC, 42 lb injectors, a BrandonHall rebuilt trans, DHP tuned and AEM water/Meth injection https://goo.gl/gpV5kW

    that will work.

i went to my local HF, bought a steering wheel puller kit, then in the parking lot tried to use it, was like ok this wont work. returned it, and got a 3 piece 2 gear puller set, small, med, and large. for less then the s/w puller lol

i bet you still need to give the puller bolt a good shot to pop the wheel off. they are on there tight. and like i said, once real tight, it feels like the wheel will crack, still just hooking it from the sides.

OK drilled two holes today, and used the bolts from the puller to thread them (my tap is broken) and then put the puller on and it came off like butter - very little resistance - will post pics.
