do a plog, i pd $175 for a new coated one from zzp. heck yes u can tell the diff. a basic plog is 20$$ more than ported stock manifold..not worth it. at least a plog has better primaries and openings,,,the benefit is not popping a piston because the front bank is too hot(remember, heat sheilds and engine fire) get a plog 1 of the best mods under 200 bucks. then wrap the crossover and reweld and port the rear!!!! i'll wait till headers are more affordable for these cars...most say headers are needed mid11's and quicker........opinions are like assholes,,,everybody has one!

With the cost of the stainless headers available on e-bay now it;s a no brainer but be prepaired to do a little welding(no biggie) but if your N/A I would say buy a stainless plog and port the rear yourself with a DP this setup works well ,I went the plog setup and have puchased headers now but I puchased the 1st gen. plog rewelded it and had the plog ,ported rear, andcrossover coated by jethot ,I built my own 3"DP this setup cost me over $300,more than the headers I bought but do'nt get me wrong this was a nice street setup and sounded nice with a custom 3" into 2 1/2" to magniflows.Chico.
