Might be a slim possibility but I have experienced it when my overflow hose leaked & all the air being thrown around from the pulleys & belt was spraying **** all over the place. If the coolant he sees is localized to only the power steering pump area then I would retract my suggestion unless he has two simultaneous leaks?
When you say "end tank" what do you mean?

I've checked the elbows, coolant reservoir, heater hoses, radiator, overflow pipe to reservoir, water pump (behind the pulley etc) Upper and lower radiator hose appear to be fine

IDK where else to look. Its not in the oil, its not burning it. I only found coolant on the power steering pump (saw it from under neath the car) and coolant on the front skid plate.

Just filled the reservoir up a couple inches. I'll see how long it takes for it to go down again and report back. Or if I finally figure out where its leaking from.
