Hi all, nice to meet you, newbie here. I have a 02 GP and when I change from low to high beams there is very little change, actually the dims seem to be brighter than the high beams distance wise but the high beams seem to have a little wider span. The headlight buckets are almost new and so are the bulbs.Any help would be great, Thank You

The lights were installed and aimed by a dealer/bodyshop. Today I removed the drivers side headlight bulb unplugged everything tried a different bulb and it did the same thing. I did clean the ground on the radiator support, though it looked like it was still new yet,I did it anyways. Put the old bulb back in and it works like it should? I will be doing the same to the other side and see what happens? I guess it was searching for a ground or something made a connection when I plugged it all back in? Hopefully the passenger side is that easy.

Probably either a loose connection or a dirty/corroded one at the bulb connector. Even then, the stock light suck on these cars. If I didn't have HID fogs I wouldn't be able to see sh*t out here in the country where there are no street lights.

Well, I got my hopes up to soon Fordman. After doing the same procedure to the pass side both sides went back to doing the same thing again! Now, the only thing that has been touched on the lights were the housings and the bulbs and thats when I started to notice the problem so I think you are correct on the bulb connectors because everytime I mess with them connectors they seem to work for a short time. So Im on my way to auto parts to get 2 connectors.
