Probably your Crankshaft Position Sensor as it will cause that condition. However it tends to be an intermittent issue first. Car will die suddenly then start back up or start back up in a few minutes or it will spit and spudder, tach will go to zero when driving, TCS will turn off, that sorta thing.
Since the CPS would involve a little bit of work to replace, check simple things first. Check your fuses, particularly any that are connected to the ignition. If you ruled out the coil packs then the next easiest thing to check would be the ICM or ignition control module. That is the device the Coil packs sit on and connect directly to.
If you checked three spark plugs and had no spark at any of them then I cant imagine you'd have three bad plug wires or three bad plugs all of a sudden.
So my suspicion would lie with the ICM (though its been known to fail its not terribly common) or the CPS (which is a much more common failure).
