I tried looking around for this but I couldn't find a thread that provided specs. I have a '98 GTP and was planning on putting on an open cone intake. What size/etc should I be looking for?

Open cone is a type of filter, not a type of intake.

When people say open cone intake they are just using an open cone filter and either slapping it on the throttle body or doing the short ram intake style. Its better to do the short ram intake so the air has a little time to not be so turbulant and possibly skew the maf readings.

I was intending on going with the open-cone-slapped-onto-tb style. What cone specs should I look for? What will fit? What intake size? etc.

Is your coolant reservoir behind the driver headlight or on the passenger strut tower?

Well boys, she's all done. Feels a bit snappier and there's so much whine you'd get drunk off it.

    Good stuff all around.

There's nothing wrong with that design, I just chose the larger filter and ended up having to do the short ram intake.

Also, that design eliminates the IAT sensor.
