    I was looking to buy 42.5 injectors and i was wondering if i had to get the car tuned for them?

    yes. if you put the injectors in with stock tables, you will not gain any benefit, they will run at the same duty cycle as stock.

    thats what i thought but i couldnt really remember.... now is when i wish i could tune. or even had the software to tune

    If you put 42.5's in with the stock tables, good luck getting the car to even run correctly without any data put into the PCM's files for injectors/fueling.

    What makes you think you need to run bigger injectors anyway?

    Mods?

    xp cam, 875 lifters, 705 push rods, 130# springs, zzp pcm, cai, 3inch catless DP, 3inch zzp exhaust to magnaflow mufflers and 3.2 pulley... im planning to buy zzp stainless headers and the injectors with my tax money... or a zzp stage two intercooler with tax money. havent decided yet. i actually wanted you guys opinions what i should buy next... headers/injectors or intercooler

    Depends on your goals but you should of already snagged a set of SD headers for the $200 price and save money compared to going the ZZP route.

    my goals are to make the car fast as possible with a genV blower... Im going to stick with the zzp headers since everything ive bought for the car has been zzp and they havent steered me wrong yet. so im either doing intercooler and thats it.. or headers/injectors
