    i have a 1999 GTP and in the cold mornings it starts really slow and takes a couple key turns to start is it a battery or starter?

    So the motor turns over slowly?

    I would get the battery checked out, it might be getting old and doesnt have enough cold cranking amps as it used too.

    Or if it turns over okay and takes a few key cycles, try priming the fuel pump 2-3 times and see if it starts up better.

    yeah i did the battery has a dead cell so its the battery
