This sounds stupid, but disconnect your battery. Hold, or clamp the positive and negative cables together for an hour (just to be sure). This will discharge any stored electricity and give the computer a reset. Sounds strange, but it can help clear up these odd computer issues.

i'll try any thing at this point, that wont fry the computer? thank you for the reply
