Well, fix your broken car. Oil's not your problem.
Irridium spark plugs last 100k mi and work just as well as copper. Copper is a waste on N/A and only lasts 15k mi. Don't use Platinum.
Use 195* tstat unless you can thoroughly explain why not; 99.9% don't need a lower temp.
Almost any oil filter, ever, is of higher quality than ACDelco. Spend $6+.

You arent getting heat, thats a problem.

Atleast thats what I gather from your recent posts. A coolant flush, heater core flush and new thermostat might fix it, or else it may be a blend door problem.

You're asking if oil is why your car is acting broken. Like asking if suede is the reason your kid has a learning disorder.

No no... I have heat... When its cold the car seems to take for ever to warm up.. Tstat was changed over summer (i bleed a few times to make sure no air was trapped!) and blend door motor was changed two summers ago.

I'm really not sure what that analogy means. I was pretty drunk, sorry dude. Anyway, you should have heat as soon as the engine temp needle gets above the first line, which should take something like 8-10 minutes.
