I got in my 03 gt today and turned on the heat. On all levels the fan is very loud compaired to what it used to be. It kind of sounds like its missing a blade or something. Any ideas what this would be? I did some reading and all I could find is the relay replacement, which I did two years ago.........I have no idea what this is.

I do have a service engine light on right now. I think it was p0128. probably related but the light came on then a couple days later the noise started. It is a low pinched vibrating sound

Probably have something jammed in the cage motor of the blower. Sometimes rodents and whatnot like to chew up the sound deadner and insulation in there and it makes its way into the box, which dumps it into the blower motor. I'd bet if you took it out you'd see junk in it. Just clean it out and reinstall. Sounds like it's out of balance.

p0128 code [Coolant Thermostat (Coolant Temperature Below Thermostat Regulating Temperature)]

I'd start by replacing the thermostat and bleeding the cooling system and see what that gets you. Sounds like a bad stat.

I hooked up the car tonight and it was showing little to no activity on the side two for the o2 sensor. Would this also cause this or is it just also a problem?
