I have a 2002 grand prix gt. It is my daily driver and not a performance car by a long shot. My mufflers are rusted out and I am looking for replacements. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Does anyone know if this walker exhaust pipe attached directly to the catalytic converter and the mufflers or do I need a resonator between this pipe and the cat? I really need a cat back kit but don't really want to pay 450 for pacesetter or slp.

Why would you suggest it if the drone sucks?????????????? LOL

Walker should be a direct bolt up. Check rockauto aswell, might be cheaper.

I like my thrush turbos, Not to loud but still a deep exhaust note. No drone just remember any change to your exhaust will be a different result. Whatever you do keep the resonator. Chambered mufflers are a bad idea with these cars which from what I have seen is the reason you get drone. But also the more you remove from the exhaust, cat, res, bigger piping will also result in drone.

Dynomax Super Turbo's are cheap and they are quiet until you stomp in it.

Riden in a car with them...catless and a factory res/catback, very very tame.
