My driverside halfshaft went bad, noticed car vibration like crazy at 40 mph slight throttled. jacked car up and sure enough the wheel was going nuts and clicking. Changed axle out with a new one from napa. at first I thought the problem was all better. But now, I noticed a vibration again!.. It is FAR less severe now..Heres some info on the frontend of my car. The bad axle side(driver side), has brand new moog tie rods and wheelbearing. but the passenger side does not. the tie rod and wheel bearing do have a bit of play.. but they are not that bad and wheelbearing isn't making any noise. Could the driver side axle being bad and vibrating have done something to the passenger side axle as well? I have absolutely NO idea where the vibration is coming from. I jack the car up now. and give it gas, the car shakes like crazy. passenger side wheel and driver side wheel have little to no play.. The only thing I can question is my passenger side caliper does go through pads at a higher right than my driver side. So. I THINK the caliper is sticking a bit...Could this be the cause? Without the weight of the car the caliper grabbing slighty shakes it much worse? The car doesn't pull one way or another and whenever I get new tires I have them balanced...so idk whats up. Any ideas people?

Just a guess but maybe you are getting the vibration from the differential.

Could be a warped rotor. If you have a caliper sticking it may be dragging a bit which induces a bit more heat onto that rotor.

Sorry, we are in process of moving and had no net. But I am saying maybe the new axle or something. When putting in reverse from drive, the new axle makes a VERY loud high pitched clunk noise, I tightened axle nute to 135 lbs and new axle clicked right in...so im not sure what is wrong on that side.. that loud clunk noise cant be normal?
