Take off the TB and clean it. Pull the IAC out and clean both the pintle (round nose of it) and the hole it sits in. This is the most likely cause. PS..stop bouncing the engine off the rev limiter.

Ok i'll do that soon, and it's funny you mention bouncing off the limiter, the car bogs (spit and sputter) when you rev it to any rpm. I tried just going to about 2500rpm, let off and it just bogged... It actually shut off this time (first time it's done that)
