yeah I just wanted the sound difference to be apparent after installing that vac tree cause it obviously sounds alot better I was able to trace the fuel squiting from what I think is the return line . its a black bolt on one side and a metal tube coming of the otherside of bracket and the black bolt itself is where it is squirting out gonna try tightening it up and otherwise finding out how to replace the seal on it

    thats the culprit i believe

what really bothers me is the car won't turn over and yet I get no codes while scanning..
I'm sorry officer I didnt know I couldn't do that

Thats your EGR, it shouldn't be spitting out fuel.

If the EGR tube does have a hole in it, the worst you would get is a small vac leak. Not sure why you would have fluid coming out of it. The only thing that runs through that tube is spent exhaust. Unless you don't have spark and the fuel is getting sent out the exhaust valve and going through your EGR. Not sure how likely that is.

is there anything above or around that could possibly be spraying onto the nut and tube ? like I said this is directly below my TB and running down either side of the engine from there but nothing above or on other side visible hopefully the video tomorrow will give someone a light bulb even if it isn't me
I'm sorry officer I didnt know I couldn't do that

Not fuel. The fuel runs from the fuel rails to the injectors.

are you 100% sure its gas?

sounds like the TB is leaking coolant, like as in a bad gasket. there really isn't any gas to leak from there.

has this car started yet? or still just cranking and no start.

yeah it is coolant must have just had the gas fumes from trying to start it in garage repeatedly that and the fact that its clear but walking out there now all I can smell is coolant no gas at all it was also alot thicker

reading now into an upper plenum gasket failure not sure it that seems appropriate or not

your TB has coolant passages to it, if the gasket is not sealed well it can leak coolant right from under the TB where it meets the blower.

ok I should have at least rtv sealed this when I put new sc on didn't notice a gasket there for sure though thanx alot scotty hopefully its the gasket

I saw a pic where the guy removed his cone from intake and actually had a bunch of coolant trapped in the tubing which is almost exactly what it sounds like from under the hood hopefully this is the cause of my no start but I'll letcha guys know tomorrow for sure gonna look for a write up on changing out the gasket on it if anyone has any links I would be most appreciative

ummm ps how terrible is it going to be if my engine was sucking up coolant from intake......
I'm sorry officer I didnt know I couldn't do that

any precautions I should take after replacing the the TB gasket ?
took off TB it had liquid inside but not enough to puddle or anything just enough to make moisture apparent
I'm sorry officer I didnt know I couldn't do that

your not following here, its supposed to have coolant in there, its supposed to help cool the TB. if your gasket is leaking it will leak under the Tb, and maybe inside it.

just went and check all the plugs and wires getting underneath I couldnt believe how much coolant I spit out yesterday trying to start with bad TB gasket. gonna go pick up a bottle as my reservoir was almost dry is there a safety that would keep the car from turning over if deadly low on coolant?

gonna go pick up a bottle or two now and fill it up
I'm sorry officer I didnt know I couldn't do that
