I really appreciate everyone's help on this subject it has taken me a few weeks of investigation but I finally found the problem, which I am glad I did, the next thing for me to do was to start throwing money at it. Well there is a wire harness running from behind the battery and connects some into the fuse block under the hood then passes behind the over flow tank and then hits the fire wall and then down, well right above the rack and pinion before the wires go out of sight from above a varment of some sort chewed threw about I am guessing 5-8 wires in that area, so now I guess I will have to do some serious rewiring because it looks like it couldn't be a worse place to reach. I am happy and very sad all in the same.
