Im nearing 100k miles on the GTP and have a pretty good game plan with general maintanance and tune up work I wanna do. Heres a list of things im aiming for:

    Clean TB
    Proper intake setup
    SC fluid change
    Replace coupler
    Seafoam treatment
    Oil/filter change with synthetic fluid
Tranny fluid/filter change with maybe DEX 6
    Plugs and wires(AL104s)?
    Fuel filter

Anything else im missing? Also i wanted to know if AL104 plugs is ok to use on a basically stock GTP or do i need more mods? I have brand new AL104s just sitting around.
04 GTP-3.6 pulley, custom tuned, Intake, headers, thrush exhaust, al104 plugs, 180* stat, shift kit, flipped mounts

do the sea foam before the tune up. it can foul your plugs some say.

605's gapped at .055, and chagne them every 13-15k miles.

    104's are too cold.

Add a shift kit to that mix aswell, since you are already going to replace the fluid.

That is a pretty good list

Since you are cleaning the TB you might as well clean the MAF also, it will take all of an extra 2 minutes to do so.

Check out the serpentine belt and tensioner, if they are both stock I’d take a hard look at them.

Change out the power steering fluid, very cheap maintenance that could save your pump.

I have always heard cleaning the MAF with throttle body cleaner is bad and you should use MAF cleaner.. Using both I can tell a difference in both on my hands.. LOL If that is the case, if I were you I'd buy a throttle body gasket and just pull the throttle body off AND remove the MAF from the throttle body and clean them separate. (my opinion, others can comment)

Spark plug difference, I ran both 104's and 606's in my GT and couldn't tell a difference either way in the way it drove, but I always change my plugs every third oil change (~10K miles) since they are cheap and I'm in there (usually while I'm waiting on oil to drain I'll change them).

    Agreed on removing TB.

Listen very closely to the engine for misfires.

You can hear them well before the PCM picks them up.

    Look for the basic stuff.
    1) Does it wobble - to much end play or run out
    2) Pulley surface – is it scored, worn or some how damaged. This was a common maintenance item for years on GPs because some were made of plastic and didn’t last long. On my 08 the pulley is metal, and yours should be too, they last longer but not forever.
    3) Rotation- does it spin without catching and freely with little resistance
    4) Tension- there are tension indication marks on the base of the unit if you look closely, proper tension will have the middle of three marks line up with the mark on the arm.

Also just to explain the MAF cleaning a bit. It is super easy, use MAF cleaner or electrical contact cleaner and spray the MAF wires. That is it; don’t wipe/touch/breath on them. Handle it with care and you will be fine, slam it around or play with it and you will be needing a new one.

I absolutely hate the MAF on this gen GP lol.Why so big bro? It makes makin an intake that much more complicated but ill find a way.I will clean that too while im at it though. I will get around and check the tensioner.
