First is your ses light on? I would allways start with the basics, check all vacuum lines, pull one of the front plugs and see if its dirty, if so change them, swap air filter. To troubleshoot the maf just unplug it and don't drive it hard. If it does not do it when the maf is unpluged then you have your culprit. It will throw a code of maf circuit too high so you will have to reset the computer to clear it. Also check the fuel pressure, get a guage from autozone and tap it Ito the port on the front fuel rail you should get 40ish psi. This is some stuff to try to get a better understanding of what's happening.
