Do you have to take the rotor off to get to the adjustment screw?

02 GT - HV3, 3800 Perf. Tuned, Plog, ER rockers, DP w/Magnaflow, CAI, 180* stat, Plugs/Wires, Poly Uppers, Driver mod.....
