98 grand prix blower doesnt turn on

My 98 the blower doesn't work on any of the 5 positions but on the 5th position the ac button light will come on but the blower still won't. Or when I have the rear defrost on then turn the blower to any speed position it will turn the rear defrost off. I have replaced both the blower resistor and the blower motor was wondering what else it could be thanks.

Could be the HVAC head itself. You check for power at the blower motor? Check all fuses?

I checked all the fuses just didn't check for power yet at the motor
