Ok. Since there is very limited information out there on clockspring part numbers, I wanted to share what I learned. I bought a clockspring with accessory controls out of a 200 Grand Prix GT. Its part number is GM 26049191. It differs slightly from the 99 Grand Prix clockspring, which is GM 26070134 (if you have accessory controls). The main difference is the plug that plugs into your airbag is slightly different. Its a simple fix though. Take a small flat head screwdriver, pop your old plug off (splits in two by tabs), carefully pry the two wires out inside, do the same to your new clockspring airbag plug, and swap them out. Took two minutes. All other plugs and wires are exactly the same. Another minor difference is that the 2000 one doesn't have the directions and the little viewing window. Isn't really needed anyways. Wind carefully and slowly clockwise until it stops. Once it stops DO NOT FORCE IT ANYMORE. Then unwind it counter clockwise at least 2 times. I did 3. That's it. This has been my experience and I hope it helps someone googling the same problem I had.
