    Yes, the dying while driving down the road is what my son deals with, then it may start or not. The ICM I will leave for another day. Thanks again and I hopefully will get this resolved soon or at least learn something.

    yeah that the crank sensor. if you have air tools that makes the bolt to the balancer come out much easier, if not, your going to need a breaker bar, and a pipe to break it free., and vice grips on the flex plate to keep the engine from spinning.

    or the red neck way. not always recommended, but it does work.

    FYI - last week took out the MAF sensor. Car started right up. Purchased refurb MAF and is running fine for the past 5 days. Thanks for all the suggestions. This is hopefully resolved.
