For the first mod to my stock gtp i was thinking of getting SD headers

    (STAINLESS SS RACING MANIFOLD HEADER/EXHAUST GRAND PRIX/GTP/REGAL/IMPALA 3.8L V6 | eBay)

I was thinking this would be smart since later on in the future i want to run a 3.4 set up, reading up alot on how kr is the biggest problem these cars run into.

Also, will this keep me free from kr on a 3.4 setup?

Headers are a great first mod but you won't know if you can run a 3.4 without scanning for KR. I had to run modded 1.9's to get kr free on a 3.4 but i'm on a canned tune yet. I need a real tune and I could probably get a lot more out of it.

No aeroforce isnt the only one, you could also get a Scangauge II from autozone for like $160.

Interceptor should still support our cars.

you'd need the PT series for your car.

You'd also need to wire switched +12V power.

headers are a flow mod, the car will run better since its not being suffocated by the stock manifolds, instead of gaining horsepower headers "unlock" 10-20hp the stock exhaust took away
