Yeahhh..no really though here is this noise coming from my dash.
its less loud in person and sounds much more like a bed squeaking

hehehe are we thinking Squirrel cage?
or something else seeing as it doesnt happen solely from heater/ac running

sounds like a blend door actuator going nuts. mine would make a noise like that, then they stopped working all together.

you have 2 of them, on is on the pass side and the other is on the driver side, the pass side remove the glove box and look left, and you will see it, the driver side is a bit harder, you take off the food shield, the plastic under the steering wheel, the steel knee bolster thing, 4 bolts, this is just so you can kinds see it, you get to it from the bottom.

i would get to them or the easy one, and put your hand on it and see if you can feel it turning back and fourth. the bottom hole you can see/feel it turn when its working.

    driver side.

you take the 2 little bolts off the actuator, and replace it. if thats your problem.
