I want to get my restrictive stock mufflers off my car but dont want to be annoyed my loud less restrictive mufflers so I'm asking the GP world. Whats the quietest high flow muffler I can get? 07 grand prix gt s/c daily driven. I like a little rumble but don't want my ears to bleed. is there a muffler wheres its somewhat quiet under normal driving but loud under heavy driving?

Your stock mufflers aren't restrictive at all. So if restriction is your problem, I wouldn't change a thing.

If you want a better sound, I suggest a set of borla mufflers. They are expensive, bit will give you alittle more tone. Anything else is going to be very loud.

The manifolds are more restrictive than the mufflers, start there if thats what youre worried about.

Go on youtube, I doubt it really does it justice but the magnaflows sound good on there. My friends monte also has them and it sounds pretty good.

If you don't want drone, stay with stock mufflers.

remove res, put in glasspack. leave mufflers stock. get headers. thats the best sounding you will get out of these cars, sad to say.
