Points, In theory it should work. i'm not entirely sure of this. as i'm new to the grand prix scene, but i have found about 99% of the parts are interchangeable through Series 2 and 3
Ok thanks, What didnt match up? and did you have to take the transmission from the 07?
when the tb plate is partially open, the whistle is air going around it...
manually put it in 2nd around 30-35 and climb to 3k with the cutout open or closed and you hear that whistle.....makes me drool lol especially around this one curve on the highway next to the concrete divider where the sound bounces off of it...i love it
As far as i was aware, the plastic cover, the intake manifold were the only things that didnt fit. but that's all the previous owner told me. I believe the transmissions are the same from 97 to current
no...97 and 03 are different from 98-02 gt wise.
03 is different from 97-02 gtp wise
04-05 comp g is way different than 04+ gtp and gt(supercharged)
04+ could have different gear ratios than others..
best for you to stick to the gt reference up above.
well like i said, i just listened to what the dude i bought it from said about it lol
Alright, Thanks for the info
yeah dude sorry i couldnt give you all the info. the search bar at the top is definitely your friend dude :)
So after prenty of sealing and tweaking. the whistle is still there... but now it sounds like i have a turbo in the car lol
or just go turbo
like i said, whistling wont go away
I would go turbo if I have 2 grand, or I would whipple supercharge if I had 3 grand
series 2 ands series 3 heads lim and uim are diff blocks are the same
Yep I do have different heads.
