Alright, so a little background. The car's lights all worked perfectly fine before I tore it apart 2 years ago.
35w HID low beams, 35w HID fogs, both have upgraded harness.

Putting it back together, I swapped out to new digital slim ballasts, and swapped my old spyder halo's for the newer CCFL halos...........

Alright, so I have the parking light situation pretty much figured out, seems like the LED switchbacks may be causing the problem.........

But I'm still having an issue with the fogs........

when I hit the switch in the cab, the switch doesn't light up........ but the high-beam indicator goes on!?!?!

Also, not getting any power with the switch on to the ballasts........

Checked my HID harness and relay for the fogs, that is in working order.

So this leads me to believe that there is an issue within the hi beam / fog light wiring........ I know they share some wiring b/c when you turn the hi beams on, it usually shuts off the fogs, so it seems to me like something is up...........any ideas or where to start troubleshooting this?

    So here's an update:

HID's for low beams works fine

Checked wiring for the fog lights........found some odd things going on:

    1) When I turn the switch on for the fog lights in the cab, the hi-beam indicator goes on??????? WTH!?!?!?!

    2) No power to the fog lights when everything is on.

Still don't know what the hell is wrong with my parking lamps! lol, jeez.

Alright, well, the turn signals / parking lights in the front work fine, just as long as I don't have the 194 markers plugged in................... I think it may have to do with the new switchbacks I have, I'm not quite sure. I'm going to go and get some regular old bulbs from autozone tomorrow and see what the deal is.......

No update on the fog HID's..............i don't hear the relay clicking when i engage the high beams, so i think maybe a new relay is in order.

On the Regal..I found that the bulbs are special for the center directionals. I'd do fine for a bit then have issues, kinda similar. Now the Regal is diffierent enough..but check the kind of bulb it is. Not just a 3157 but there's a letter code that goes with it that describes the type of electrical system. I think it's an SR bulb vs a regular. Not sure if that's the issue. Might be.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

leds do weird things sometimes. i have all leds except for the rear 194s. make sure the switchbacks are in the socket the right way, they dont work right otherwise, but will sorta work.

i think you need to do the jumper mod on the fog relay for those to work right, ClubGP Message Forum troubleshooting

and if you have the alternating tail light mod you have to put it back to stock, it also messes with leds.

Could you post a schematic? That's probably the only way anyone can help.
You could take a OEM schematic and draw your HID/switchbacks in and post it.
    Just a suggestion.

    Rico,

I haven't changed anything from the original wiring schematic.

Jason.. usually the hb indicator comes on when a ground issue is happening. Ensure when you pulled the front apart that you didn't leave a ground unhooked

What's up Julia, won't even give me a capital B?

On the switchbacks..does it appear that one of the bulbs in your stystem is that SR type bulb socket?

Alright, so I checked the ground next to the battery....the ground on the radiator support, and the Trans ground....am I missing any?

did you happen to check your relays and wiring to them? i know i jumped the two together when i wanted to keep my foglights on with my high beams, so i'm assuming they share a circuit somewhere

    Just an update, everything works................almost.

Fogs have power, no problems there anymore.

But, once I install the 194 marker bulbs, the system goes silly.
